Go to proxy server :proxyhideout.com
Enter Stardoll.com in the white URL bar and press 'OK'.
Log into Stardoll.
Enter http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=653 in the previous URL bar on top and press 'Go'.
UPDATE : Probably not available anymore.
